Rokad acts as a facilitator, service provider, and technology platform
Rokad is not an agent, broker, employer, guarantor, or fiduciary unless expressly agreed in writing
No partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship is created

6. User Obligations & Conduct

Users agree to:

Provide accurate, complete, and lawful information
Use Services only for lawful purposes
Not misuse, reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the platform
Not upload malicious, misleading, or unlawful content
Comply with all applicable Indian laws and regulations

Rokad may suspend or terminate access for violations.

Your breach of these Terms
Misuse of Services
Violation of applicable laws
Infringement of third-party rights

14. Suspension & Termination

Rokad may:

Suspend or terminate access without prior notice
Restrict services for suspected violations
Terminate agreements at its discretion

Termination does not waive accrued rights or liabilities.

15. Force Majeure

Rokad shall not be liable for failure or delay due to events beyond reasonable control, including:

Natural disasters
Government actions
Internet or infrastructure failures
Cyber incidents
Pandemics or strikes

16. Confidentiality

Any non-public information shared shall be treated as confidential unless:

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ranchi, Jharkhand shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

20. Severability

If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.

21. Waiver

Failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of rights.

22. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the User and Rokad concerning the Services, superseding all prior communications.
